Using Ad Hoc Forms

Incidents, inductions and some maintenance does not happen at scheduled times. You use 'ad hoc' forms in Site App Pro to capture this information.

Ad Hoc forms are forms set up within your business that are for activities that may not happen at set times. These are forms that are filled in when and where the situation arises that they correspond to, such as incident forms, and inductions. Your organisation administrator who creates these forms will tell you when they should be used.

To access an Ad Hoc form:

  1. Go to the Diary page on your mobile device.
  2. Click on the orange '+' plus in the bottom right corner.
  3. Select the form that you want to complete.

Too many forms on the Ad Hoc forms page? Clicking "All" in the top right corner will bring up a menu where you can select a category of forms to see. To go back to seeing all forms, just select there again and reselect "All".

Favourite  Ad Hoc Forms

You may find that there are a lot of forms to choose from when you scroll through your Ad Hoc forms. If you find yourself using some Ad Hoc forms more frequently than others then you can list them as a 'Favourite'. 

  1. Simply click the 'Star' Icon next to your  favourite  Ad Hoc Forms 

  2. They will appear at the top under 'Favourite' 

  3. Easy as that!
