Reset your Password for the Tablet/Phone Mobile Application
Forgotten that password? Below are instructions to help you reset your password that you use to login to Site App Pro on your Tablet or Smartphone.
For convenience the Site App Pro application on your Android or iOS Tablet or Smartphone keeps you logged in. However, it may run out of battery or you may update the application and need to login again. If this occurs and you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below:
Reset Password Steps:
- Go to the login screen.
- Click "Forgot Password?" just below the sign in button.
- Put in your email address and double check it is correct.
- Go to your email account and open the email from "Customer Support" (email@example.com).
- Click on the link to reset your password.
Clicking the link will open a form in your Web Browser where you can enter a new password.
Once you have selected a new password then return to the login screen and use that password to login.
Note: The password reset link is only valid for 2 hours. If you do not reset your password within this time, you will need to reset your password again.
